To visit a medical marijuana dispensary in Hawaii, you must have a medical marijuana card.
Dr. Tom Cook runs a clinic that is able to certify you for medical marijuana. To qualify, you must have a chronic stress disorder, chronic pain, glaucoma, or some other qualifying condition.
Our fee is $190, and we have a variety of discounts ($150 and lower) for veterans, pre-existing patients, and others. Debit and credit cards are accepted.

We answer our phone live, 8 am-6 pm, Monday through Friday. If you leave a voicemail, we will return your call within 1 business day. You are also welcome to stop by and see Dr. Cook’s mental health clinic, named Beyond Mental Health. Your marijuana card appointment takes place at this clinic.
